By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website templates

  • Custom website design and setup

  • Branding and visual assets

  • Content uploads and basic copy support

  • Funnel and landing page creation

  • CRM integrations and calculators

  • Ongoing website updates, maintenance, and support

We may update or modify any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use our services.
All information you provide must be accurate and complete.

3. Website Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal or unauthorised purposes

  • Uploading misleading, harmful, or offensive content

  • Violating FCA or regulatory requirements

  • Copying, reselling, or distributing our templates without permission

We may suspend or terminate your access if misuse occurs.

4. FCA Compliance

We provide websites structured to support FCA-friendly presentation, however:

Compliance remains the full responsibility of the adviser, firm, or user.

You agree to:

  • Provide FCA-compliant content

  • Review all pages and wording before launch

  • Ensure your business meets all regulatory obligations

We are not liable for non-compliant content you provide or request.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are in GBP

  • Full payment is required at the time of order

  • Subscription services may renew monthly or annually

  • Prices may change; active subscribers will be notified

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customised and digital nature of our services, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued once:

  • Work has started

  • A template has been delivered

  • Access to digital materials has been granted

In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed individually.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate branding, content, and instructions

  • Respond promptly to information requests

  • Review drafts and revisions within agreed timelines

  • Check all pages before the final launch

Delays on your end may extend delivery times.

8. Timelines & Delivery

Timelines are estimates and depend on the information you provide.
Delivery may be delayed if:

  • Content is late

  • Additional revisions are requested

  • Custom features are added

We will update you if any timeline changes occur.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All templates, designs, code, and assets remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

  • You receive a licence to use the website we build for your business.

  • You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute our designs or systems.

10. Revisions (IMPORTANT)

Each website package includes three (3) revisions during the design and build phase.

A revision includes reasonable changes such as:

  • Text updates

  • Image swaps

  • Minor layout adjustments

  • Colour or style tweaks

After completion:

  • Small changes (minor text edits, small adjustments) can be completed at no cost, within reason.

  • Large updates (new pages, structural changes, new sections, redesigns, new features, major layout changes) will require additional charges, quoted based on scope.

To avoid extra fees, we recommend reviewing all pages carefully during the build phase.

11. Ongoing Support

If your plan includes ongoing support:

  • It covers only the items specified in your package

  • Additional work may require a separate fee

  • Support response times may vary

If your plan does not include support, updates are billed separately.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We use third-party services such as:

  • CRM systems

  • Booking tools

  • Plugins

  • Analytics

  • Email providers

We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, or changes caused by these providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Financial loss or loss of revenue

  • Loss of leads or conversions

  • Regulatory or compliance breaches

  • Third-party outages or hosting issues

  • Content errors provided by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

14. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with GDPR and any relevant privacy regulations.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not received

  • These Terms are violated

  • Abuse or misconduct is observed

Upon termination, access to included support or digital assets may end immediately.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
All changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
